About Our Surrogates We are very discerning in our surrogate selection. The women we work with have a strong desire to help another family bring a new life into the world. Our surrogates are typically between the ages of 25-35, married, and in excellent health. We conduct extensive screening on each applicant, including a criminal background check, child abuse check, medical records review, and interview prior to placing any candidates our database.
Intended Parents Surrogate Step The following are the steps of the surrogacy cycle that we have summarized. Of course, the situation of each prospective parent is different. We hope to help prospective parents understand the relevant progress of the surrogacy cycle through detailed explanation.
Step 1: Fill in and sign the preliminary parent application and entrustment agreement
Step 2: Find and Match Surrogate Mothers
We will provide you with 2-3 candidates within a period of time.
At this time, the surrogate mother needs to submit a health medical record to prove that her medical history has been reviewed and relevant medical examinations have been carried out, thus becoming a surrogate mother candidate.
Step 3: Interview with Candidate Surrogate Mothers
Video interviews will be conducted with pre-screened surrogate mothers.
Step 4: Make a Final Decision
The two sides will make the final decision according to the information and interview.
Step 5: Arrange the surrogate mother to go to the reproductive center for physical examination. We will coordinate with the reproduction center you have chosen, make an appointment for the surrogate mother's medical examination, and arrange the surrogate mother to go to the clinic for a comprehensive medical examination, waiting for the medical examination approval document of the clinic.
Step 6: Legal Contracts
Each party will hire a lawyer (we can provide recommendations).
The lawyer will send a lawyer confirmation letter stating that the promoter contract has come into effect and is allowed to enter the cycle.
Step 7: Escrow Account
Establish a trust fund account to cover all expenses in the process of surrogacy. These funds will be deposited, managed and distributed by independent trust companies. Custody management is included in your surrogacy fee.
Step 8: Transplantation
Notify your clinic that you have completed the surrogate matching and all the preparations, and you can begin the transplant. The clinic will formulate a conditioning plan for surrogate mothers and transplant them when conditions are ripe.
Step 9: Inoculation and Growth
After the embryo is transferred into the body, it will begin to develop rapidly. During the whole process, BYFamily will strictly perform its duties according to the contract and assist and manage the surrogate mother to complete the whole process of pregnancy.
Step 10: The baby is born
Take your baby home.
If possible, please share the baby's photo with us!
